You must not use the service unlawfully, dishonestly, harmfully, or in a way that infringes rights, privacy, security, or employment laws.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass restrictions, attack the service, upload malicious code, scrape data, overload systems, or interfere with other users.
Workforce data
Customers must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory monitoring, harassment, or monitoring outside agreed work-related purposes.
Accounts and access
Users must keep login credentials secure, use appropriate permissions, remove access for leavers, and notify us of suspected compromise.
API and integrations
API access, integrations, custom modules, and automation must follow the agreed package, rate limits, security requirements, and documentation.
Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.
