How to request deletion
Email info@insynccheck.com with the subject line “Account deletion request”. Include your name, account email, company name, and the service or website the account relates to.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting account data, especially where the account belongs to a company or client organisation.
What may be deleted
Depending on the account and legal position, deletion may include user profile information, login access, support history, inactive account records, and other personal data no longer needed.
What may need to be retained
Some records may need to be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, legal claims, audit trails, contract administration, security, or compliance obligations.
Workforce scan-in/out records may belong to the client organisation as controller and may need to be requested through the employer or client administrator.
Timeframe
We aim to respond to valid deletion requests within one month where UK GDPR applies, unless an extension or exemption is permitted.
