Room service, cleaning, towels, maintenance, reception call-backs, and housekeeping requests.

Guest Houses

Simple service request points for smaller accommodation businesses without complex phone systems.

Hostels

Shared-area and room-based request points for reception, cleaning, maintenance, and guest support.

Airbnb / Short Stays

Let guests request routine help, cleaning, food, extra items, or maintenance from their phone.

Serviced Apartments

Support housekeeping, check-in help, repairs, food ordering, and guest assistance.

Care Accommodation

Use clear request flows for routine resident or visitor support where appropriate.

How it works

Guests scan, select a service, and staff receive the request.

Place a QR/NFC point in rooms, reception areas, dining areas, or common spaces. Guests scan with their own phone and choose the service they need. Staff can then track, accept, update, and complete each request.

Important positioning

This is a guest-service module, not the main clock-in/out product.

The workforce system remains the core business. Hospitality guest services should be sold as an add-on or separate package for accommodation providers.

Does it replace emergency contact systems?

No. It should be used for routine guest services. Emergency procedures should remain separate and clearly communicated.

Can it work without a phone in the room?

Yes. Guests use their own phone to scan a QR/NFC point and submit a request.

Can it connect with cleaning and room-service teams?

Yes. The request dashboard can be structured around cleaning, food ordering, maintenance, reception, and housekeeping workflows.
